How It All Started
2006
Covergent Technologies began in December 2006 with a pretty simple idea: local businesses deserved an IT partner who could move fast, do the work right, and stay close to the people they support.
Our original founder saw an opportunity to support a couple of larger clients as a trusted vendor, took the leap, and built Covergent from the ground up.
2016
A big milestone came in 2016, when Covergent absorbed another company. From there, things took off. In just two years, the client list grew from fewer than five to 50.
And even with that growth, the heart of the business hasn’t changed.
